Ellon Meditation Class

Finding Life’s Balance – 6 week series begins 13 Sept

Do you feel like your life is lacking in balance and going from one extreme to another?  Do you find yourself experiencing unbalanced states of mind or worrying about your mental health?

When we look at the world we can usually distinguish between positive and negative situations.  However it can be much more difficult to distinguish between helpful and unhelpful states of mind.

In this six week course we will take some time to get to know our own mind and explore both positive and negative minds that help or hinder our life.

By learning to recognise and reduce our suffering states of mind and how to cultivate and stabilise our wise states of mind we can find a balanced happiness that is independent of changing external situations.

In this way we can deeply improve our mental health and well-being.  We can find real inner freedom and peace and bring a lasting stability to our inner world that will benefit both ourself and those around us.

Join us for this illuminating 6 week course and discover how through Buddha’s wisdom we can gradually bring our life into balance through the power of meditation.
