This course will be based on extracts from The Meditation Handbook and How to Transform Your Life.
It is possible to drop-in to any class if you cannot attend the whole course.

- There are 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching in each class.
- Optional discussion at the end of class in the cafe
- Join in person or available online via livestream for members
- You can attend any individual class
Cost:
- £9 (free for members)
- Concessions available for students & those on a low income £6 per class
- For members the classes are free, no need to book, just drop in
- All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity
- Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee
Gen Kelsang Drolkar is resident teacher at KMC Aberdeen. She is a joyful and dedicated practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 2013. She has worked at Kadampa Meditation Centres all over the UK and has engaged in many meditation retreats at Kadampa Centres internationally. When teaching, Gen Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart.
