Lightening Our Hearts – talk and meditation

We will begin with a 1 hour talk and meditations about keeping a light heart of love and gratitude during the festive season.

4-course meal  & Music from 1:30pm – Festive Feast 

After class we can move to the cafe where we can enjoy community conversations, enjoy peaceful music whilst partaking in a delicious 4-course festive meal.

Fundraising Auction from 3.00pm

At 3.00pm the fundraising auction begins, a wonderful way to support the Buddhist Centre.  Thank you to everyone who has generously donated to this beautiful circle of giving!

Entrance: £25 non-members, £16 for members including class and 4-course festive meal.
