Meditation as Medicine – 13 Oct

Sunday 13 Oct 10:00am – 1:15pm

Antidote inner mental poison & heal your mind through meditation.

In this course, Gen Tubchen will teach and guide meditations on the topic of Meditation as Medicine.

Buddha taught that there are inner diseases called the three poisons that are at the root of all our problems and pain. If we can understand our own mind, we can learn to first recognize, then reduce and finally abandon completely the deeper mental origins of suffering and find a lasting freedom and peace from within.

Meditation is a key tool in beginning to understand and transform our own mind. In this weekend meditation course we have the rare opportunity to receive teachings and engage in guided meditations based on Buddha’s timeless advice on how to heal our mind.
