Relax and Recharge retreat – 20 Oct – Free!

Walls Public Hall – 11am – 2pm

A Free-to-attend meditation half-day retreat.

Hit pause on the endless stress and busyness of daily life and enjoy a peaceful half day meditation retreat.  In this gentle retreat you will be guided in a series of relaxing meditations to steadily unwind and uplift your mind.

Alongside the meditations we will explore the theme of energy – what is it, where does it come from and how can regular meditation help us have more energy, better health and greater happiness in our daily lives?

Then having topped up our inner reservoir of calm we can return to our lives and relationships with more joy, mental space and resilience.

Between sessions there is the opportunity to discuss the course with other participants, to browse the bookshop or enjoy some refreshments. The course will include a shared lunch. We recommend turning your phone off for the duration of the course for maximum benefit.

Suitable for beginners  – no previous experience necessary.

Guided by Gen Kelsang Tubchen, a modern Buddhist nun with over 20 years of experience of engaging in and guiding retreats.
