Rise Above Your Troubles

Life can be tough. Unless we have some good inner resources it is easy to succumb to anxiety, sadness, frustration and apathy. Or to go the other way and become hardened while hurting inside.

Buddha gives reliable inner resources to everyone – individuals and families – as practical meditations and indispensable insights. With these we can transform all our problems and negative mental habits into solutions and positive mental states. With meditation we can definitely build-up our inner resources for a less stressful, more resilient and more uplifting outlook on our daily life.

Everyone is welcome!
