From Worry to Wisdom

Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety, and the many daily problems these negative states of minds create. On this course we will look at how meditation can eliminate stress and help you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.

  • There are 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching in each class.
  • Optional discussion at the end of the class
  • In person only (not available online)


  • £8 (free for members)
  • You can pay in-person or book online and show your confirmation email.
  • Book a 5 week series for £32, a four week series for £24 or attend any individual class
  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
  • Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Tom Banks lives in Aviemore and has taught meditation classes within the Kadampa Tradition for many years. He is a keen hiker and woodworker and loves to share the practical benefits of meditation with others.
