How to Really Enjoy Meditation

“We are so used to being stimulated from the outside that we find it difficult to be quiet and to enjoy the stillness of our own mind.” Ven Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Learn the art of enjoying meditation! During this 5 week course you will receive step by step guidance on how to develop a joyful practice of daily meditation.
