Free Well-Being Week Sept 1 – 6

As part of our commitment to mental health and well-being we are delighted to be hosting a week of free events so that everyone can come and visit the centre and try out meditation.

Everyone can benefit from meditation and meditation has many levels.  Come along to find out how to incorporate regular time for quiet meditation as part of caring for your own mind and mental health. 

There are so many benefits to be had! On a preventative level  we can stop stress, overwhelm and anger from building up and creating problems in the future. We can also use meditation to intervene at an early stage when our mind is causing us suffering, learning how to cope with grief, anxiety, depression and other difficult states of mind.

Come to as many sessions as you wish at our centre in Aberdeen and look out for our free well-being events in Inverurie, Elgin, Nairn & Ellon as well.

Gen Kelsang Tubchen is the Resident Teacher at KMC Aberdeen. An inspiring and gifted teacher, she is loved for her clear, powerful and practical teachings.

She has over 20 years of experience of engaging in, teaching and guiding meditation courses & retreats and has taught in both the Nordic region and the UK since 2003.
