Sat 7 Sept – Lighten Up – Meditations to Uplift and Inspire

10.30am – 1.30pm with time for lunch in the cafe afterwards

We all know it’s a good idea to ‘lighten up’ and keep a positive outlook, and we’ve given and received that advice countless times! But what does it actually mean to lighten up the mind? And how can we learn to shift our attitude from negative to positive to stay happy regardless of the external situation?

In this course Gen Tubchen will present special meditations to uplift and inspire, and explore practical tools from Buddhist psychology to infuse our outlook with hope and optimism. By learning to maintain a light and peaceful mind we can not only enjoy a happy life and solve our daily problems, but also tap into our deeper potential for growth and transformation.

Come along to kick start the autumn with positivity, and discover how Enlightenment begins with lightening up.

Everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions.  Cafe is open between sessions and we often stay on for lunch, or bring a drink with you for the breaktime.
