Living in the Moment
Our life is always changing. It never remains the same even for a instant, and every moment is completely fresh and new. As our awareness of this truth grows, we can learn to live well in the present, free from grasping at the past or worrying about the future.
In this course you will learn practical ways to let go of stress, tension and other negative states of mind that hold us back in our everyday lives. Through integrating meditation into our daily life we can enjoy each day, acting with intention and living lightly, moment by moment.
Everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions. Cafe is open between sessions and we often stay on for lunch, or bring a drink with you for the breaktime.
