Beyond Self – Cherishing Others

Starts Fridays April 25, May 2, 9, 16, 30

Discover the profound joy and inner freedom that comes from shifting focus from self-concern to caring deeply for others. In this inspiring four-week course, we’ll explore practical meditations and timeless wisdom to break free from the limitations of self-centredness and open our hearts to a more meaningful, compassionate way of life. Learn how to love with wisdom and develop pure love—an authentic care for others that brings peace to the mind and purpose to the heart. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a powerful opportunity to transform your mind and experience the peace that comes from truly cherishing others.

“If everyone were to practice cherishing others, many of the major problems of the world would be solved in a few years” ~ Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to Transform Your Life
