Overcoming Negativity in our Own Mind
Mar 6, 13, 20, 27
Please note:
NO CLASS on Feb 27th
We don’t like to think about it much, but if we are honest we know that we all have habits and attitudes that cause problems for ourselves and others.
In this three week series of classes we look at how negativity develops within our mind, understand how it creates turmoil in our lives, and how by training in practical methods we can learn to identify, reduce and eventually eliminate negativity completely.
Then we can truly be happy and benefit others along the way.
