Living with Joy & Purpose
Starts Friday Feb 21
Learn to find the inner purpose to your life and to experience great joy through practising meditation. Drawing inspiration from Buddha’s timeless teachings on contentment & compassion, this two week course will help you to integrate these minds into your daily life. In this way every day can be truly meaningful, with many magical moments and profound peace of mind.
Everyone is welcome!
