How to Really Enjoy Meditation – half day course

Learn the art of enjoying meditation! During this course you will receive step by step guidance on how to develop a joyful practice of daily meditation that brings energy, clarity and inspiration.  

Meditation can sometimes seem difficult to master, regardless if you are a beginner or have been practising for many years. In fact meditation is an extremely logical and proven method for working with your mind and with the right instructions, and gentle but consistent effort, everyone can benefit from meditation.  

Discover how to master your own mind and find an inner clarity, joy and peace that you may not have believed possible! 

The course will include guided meditations, practical advice and time to answer any questions you may have about meditation. No previous experience is necessary.

  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.

Gen Drolkar is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Aberdee.  She is a joyful and dedicated practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 2013. She has worked at Kadampa Meditation Centres all over the UK and has engaged in many meditation retreats at Kadampa Centres internationally. When teaching, Gen Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart.
