Inner Stillness – half day retreat
Sun 13 July | 10.30am – 1.30pm
Take a break from the busyness of life and reconnect with a deep sense of inner peace. In this special half-day retreat, you’ll be gently guided through a series of calming meditations designed to quiet the mind, release stress, and awaken a natural stillness within. Held in our beautiful and tranquil meditation room, the retreat offers a perfect environment to step back, breathe, and recharge.
Between sessions, enjoy time to reflect or relax in the peaceful surroundings of our café space—an ideal place to unwind with a warm drink and quiet conversation. Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this retreat offers the perfect pause for inner clarity and calm.
Everyone is welcome!
