A meditation course on developing a peaceful, loving heart

We all want to feel connected, valued, and close to others — but sometimes our relationships feel strained, and our heart feels closed or guarded.

In this inspiring and practical meditation course, we’ll explore the power of authentic love — not the fleeting kind based on conditions or expectations, but a stable, peaceful mind that brings joy to ourselves and others. Drawing from timeless Buddhist wisdom, we’ll learn how to open our heart, let go of hurt, and create more meaningful, fulfilling connections in everyday life.

Because when our heart is filled with love, everything changes.

Everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs.  Please bring a mat and cushion if you prefer to meditate seated on the floor.
