Dealing with Grief & Loss – half day course

10.30am – 1.30pm Sat 15 November
At Impact Hub Inverness
67a Castle St, Inverness IV2 3DU

Everything changes — and everything passes. This can be one of life’s hardest truths, especially when we experience the loss of someone we love or face sudden, unwanted changes. Grief and uncertainty touch all of us, but they don’t have to overwhelm us.

In this gentle and supportive course, you’ll learn how to navigate grief, loss, and change with greater wisdom, acceptance, and emotional resilience. Through guided meditations and practical tools, discover how to develop a calm, balanced mind that can hold sorrow with compassion and begin to heal.

This course will be based on extracts from How to Transform Your Life, How to Solve Our Human Problems and How to Understand the Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

The course will consist of 2 sessions including meditations and short teachings with a break for tea / coffee.

Everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs.  Please bring a mat and cushion if you prefer to meditate seated on the floor.
