These classes run as a series but each class is self-contained so you can also just drop-in.
Meditations for a Clear Mind
Everybody is welcome to join this 4 week meditation course, to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on the mind itself.
These meditations, derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition, lead you on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.
If we want to experience true, lasting happiness we need to learn the secret of inner peace by meditating on the mind.

Week 3: A mind like a clear sky
Week 4: The root of all awareness
Suitable for both beginners to meditation and for those who wish to deepen their meditation practice.
