Meditation has many benefits such as:

These classes run as a series but each class is self-contained so you can also just drop-in.
An extraordinary series of classes contemplating subjects we tend to avoid, but which open our wisdom eyes to see beyond the mundane.

Week 1: Keep Calm and Meditate
With a calm mind we can take on anything, no matter what life throws us. Learn how to do this with simple tools we can use in our daily life.
Week 2: Getting Rid of Our Bad Habits
Our personality is a collection of traits and mental habits; but they are not permanent, so we can definitely unburden ourselves of our self-destructive tendencies.
Week 3: Realising Your Potential
We all have limitless powers of love and wisdom deep within us, although perhaps we have yet to tap into them. Uncover the potentials in the mind for deep, lasting happiness and develop the power to help ourselves and others.
