A Fresh Perspective on Life – 17 April – Free!

Mareel Arts Centre 7 – 9pm

A free meditation workshop

In these uncertain times we need  more than ever to have a strong peaceful mind, so that we can keep things in perspective and prioritise those things that bring real meaning and happiness to our lives.

Meditation gives us practical and powerful tools to accomplish this. This course will include a variety of relaxing and transformative guided meditations.  These will enable you to let go of stress, bad habits and negativity and instead cultivate positive and peaceful states of minds.

In this way we can create space in our mind, allowing a fresh perspective on life to emerge that brings new energy, inspiration and creativity.

A free-to-attend meditation workshop led by Buddhist nun and experienced meditation teacher, Gen Kelsang Tubchen from Kadampa Meditation Centre, Aberdeen. Supported by the Shetland Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.
