Meditation is a simple, effective method to calm the mind and let go of stress, tension and worry.

We have a different theme each month and you can book the month as a block or attend any individual class.

How to Flourish 

In this meditation course we will look at meditations to connect us to our potential.  In order to flourish we need to find the seeds of happiness and meaning within ourselves, and cultivate them each day through meditation and in our daily lives. 

At the same time we need to identify what is holding us back and keeping us stuck or stagnant and find our way out of these habits and negative states of mind.

  • The class runs from 11am – 12noon
  • There are 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching in each class.
  • Optional discussion at the end of the in-person class from 12 – 12:15
  • Free hot drink in the cafe after the class
  • Join online via livestream or on catch up (available for 5 days).
  • You can attend any individual class


  • £7 (free for members)
  • Book all classes in a series – 4 classes series for £21, 3 classes series for £14
  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
  • Cancellations up to 24hours prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
