We have a different theme each month and you can book the month as a block or attend any individual class.

Discover the ingredients that combine together to bring happiness, health and well-being.  Based on the book How to Transform Your life which is available as a free download, these four classes will explore a series of spiritual practices that can be practiced by everyone to pacify our negative states of mind and find real peace and joy.
