“When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.”

Tuesday Meditation Class – In person & livestream at 7pm

Enjoy a stress-free evening of peace and tranquillity!

Meditation is a simple, effective method to calm the mind and let go of stress, tension and worry.

Meditation gives rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.  Through regular practice you can develop a relaxed, positive mind and will be able to respond more creatively to life’s challenges.  In this way you can become increasingly balanced, happy and focused as well as improving your relationships with those around you.
