Meditation is a simple, effective method to calm the mind and let go of stress, tension and worry.   

We have a different theme each month and you can book the month as a block or attend any individual class.

May Series – Authentic Self Confidence

We all want to feel good about ourselves but genuine self-esteem is something we can all struggle with. 

In this course we will learn to let go of the painful habit of self-criticism and instead relate to our spiritual potential and capacity to change.

We will explore how it is possible to be validated from within, from states of mind that are deeply peaceful and nourishing. In this way we begin to have an authentic confidence based on inner validation, that does not depend on external conditions.

We will learn how through meditation we can connect to our extraordinary potential rather than our limitation and by doing so accomplish change, transform difficulties, improve our relationships and progress on the spiritual path.

June Series – Opening Our Hearts

Buddha said if we want to be happy, have harmonious and open-hearted relationships and experience a peaceful world – then external changes alone will not be enough. We need to change our hearts!

This series will present powerful meditations to truly open our hearts. These methods give us the spiritual tools to destroy the destructive sense of “otherness.” Instead we can relate to people’s humanity, giving rise to real connection, empathy and love.

In this way we can break out of mental habit patterns that sabotage our relationship and our happiness.

  • There are 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching in each class.
  • Optional discussion at the end of the class.

  • Livestream or available for 5 days to watch online.

  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
