Meditation is a simple, effective method to calm the mind and let go of stress, tension and worry.   

We have a different theme each month and you can book the month as a block or attend any individual class.

Clarity and Peace

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of busy life and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of guided meditation.

Over the space of four weeks we will explore in detail a series of simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone, including beginners. With regular practice, these meditations help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself.

Our mind is the most amazing thing in our life – the creator of all our intentions and experiences. If we want true happiness we need to learn the secret of inner peace by meditating on the mind.

These simple but profound meditations from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition lead you on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

  • The class runs from 7pm – 8:15pm
  • There are 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching in each class.
  • Optional discussion at the end of the in-person class from 8:15 – 8:30.
  • Free hot drink in the cafe after the class
  • Join online via livestream or on catch up (available for 5 days).
  • You can attend any individual class

  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
