Meditation Made Easy – half day course

Meditation is the ultimate problem solver. It is a way to directly work with our mind and emotions so that we can deal with and gradually become free from problems.

Stress, anxiety, fear, anger, self-criticism, doubt, depression, destructive habits and all other such issues find a solution within meditation. With just a little meditation each day we can find a new level of happiness.

In this course we will learn the essential inner skills to become an effective meditator and we will have the opportunity to practise using them in some guided meditations.

This course is suitable for beginners and also experienced meditators who wish to get back to basics or refresh their meditation tools.

  • £19 | £12 concessions | free for members
  • Concessions are for those on a low income
  • Join in person or available to join online via livestream for members
  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.

Gen Drolkar is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Aberdeen.  She is a joyful and dedicated practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 2013. She has worked at Kadampa Meditation Centres all over the UK and has engaged in many meditation retreats at Kadampa Centres internationally. When teaching, Gen Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart.
