Becoming Fearless
Sunday 27th September | 10.30am – 1.30pm
What would it be like to be unafraid? To never worry that a situation will be too painful, too difficult or too different? To never discourage ourselves?
True fearlessness is not recklessness, but a deep inner confidence coming from knowing that we can handle whatever problems lay ahead, or even to actively grow and benefit from them.
Through practising Buddha’s teaching on “Lojong”, or training the mind, we can learn to reliably transform everything that appears within our life into a method for increasing our inner inner peace, inner strength and good heart.
In this way we can develop the courage to face anything. Knowing that we have the inner resources to cope, no matter what occurs – we can become truly free.
Join us for this inspiring ½ day course, in which Kelsang Yonchen will look at meditations and practical methods to get started on the path to becoming Fearless and Free
