Relax & Recharge – half day retreat

This half-day meditation retreat is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner peace.

Through guided meditations and practical teachings, you’ll discover powerful techniques to reduce stress, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of relaxation that lasts beyond the retreat.

Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this retreat offers a welcoming space to pause, reset, and nourish your mind and spirit.

  • £19 | £12 concessions | free for members
  • Concessions are for those on a low income
  • Join in person or available to join online via livestream for members
  • All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
  • Cancellations up to 24hours prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

This retreat will be led by Anne Schwab, Darren Wetherby-Boon and Rob McPhee, all dedicated students of our Foundation Study Programme.

Their experience and understanding of meditation will provide you with a supportive and insightful environment to deepen your practice.

Anne, a retired geologist and academic with a wealth of life experience has a great love of Kadam Dharma. She teaches with kindness and a compassionate warmth from the heart.

Darren is a family man and Operations Manager for an offshore helicopter operator in Aberdeen. With insight and positivity he offers wonderful and meaningful examples of how to apply Dharma to daily life.

Rob is a mechanical technician for an oil and gas company in Aberdeen. Married with 2 grown-up children, his compassion and wisdom shine through his teachings and he instills a confidence in everyone he meets.
