Each one of us has the potential to experience true peace, happiness and fulfillment in our life. Yet, in a world of distraction and stimulation, societal chaos and conflict, many people are struggling with their mental health and feel spiritually lost, and without purpose or meaning. In this inspiring talk Kadam Bridget will share practical tools for generating peace, both within our own hearts, and also as a contribution to peace in our society at large.

Kadam Bridget Hayes is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been practising for over 30 years. Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. She is the NKT  National Spiritual Director for the UK and Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna Centre, Thornby, Northamptonshire.
