Calm Clear Mind Retreat – Free!

Whiteness and Weisdale Hall 11am – 2pm

A Free-to-attend meditation half-day retreat.

In this gentle retreat morning you can discover the peaceful nature of your mind through meditation.

Learn how to mentally declutter – clearing away the inner clouds of mental busyness, painful feelings and negative ways of thinking.  Instead you will be guided to tune in to a deeper peaceful mind that is like a clear sky – an inner, endless space that is naturally calm, still and peaceful.

You will be guided in deeply relaxing, spacious, and deceptively simple stages of meditation.  Your mind will become progressively more subtle and tranquil and you can carry this experience back with you into your daily life.

The emphasis of the retreat will be on meditation.  Each session will include two guided meditations that come from the Mahamudra tradition of meditation as well as teachings – including many practical tips on how to settle your mind.

Between sessions there is the opportunity to discuss the course with other participants, to browse the bookshop or enjoy some refreshments.

The course will end with a shared lunch. We recommend turning your phone off for the duration of the course.

All welcome – no previous experience necessary
