Awaken The Wisdom Within ~ Empowerment of Buddha Manjushri 21-22 June
Enjoy a unique weekend of teaching, meditation and inspiration at Kadampa Meditation Centre Aberdeen.
Buddha Manjushri is the embodiment of the wisdom of all the Buddhas.
The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation that connects us to enlightened wisdom and gives us great power in our spiritual development.
This will be followed by an introduction to Treasury of Wisdom, the prayer practice of Manjushri which will give strength to all our spiritual practices and in particular the wisdom meditations associated with Manjushri.
On Sunday there will be an opportunity to engage in a guided Heart Jewel retreat, the essential daily practice of Kadampa Buddhism that nourishes our wisdom and spiritual progress.

- £39 for full weekend | £26 for members | free for benefactors
- £27 Saturday only (empowerment day) | £18 for members | free for benefactors
- The empowerment is not available as a livestream but the teachings are available for members to book and join online.
- A light lunch, teas and coffees will be available to purchase from the cafe
- Accommodation ia available at the Premier Inn approx, £40 per night – next door to the centre.
- All income goes to running the centre which is a registered charity.
- Cancellations up to 24hours prior to the course will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
Gen Drolkar is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Aberdee. She is a joyful and dedicated practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 2013. She has worked at Kadampa Meditation Centres all over the UK and has engaged in many meditation retreats at Kadampa Centres internationally. When teaching, Gen Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart.
