Meditations for a Kind Heart – 21 July

Sunday 21 July 10:00am – 1:15pm

This short Sunday morning retreat features simple guided meditations that can be enjoyed by anyone.

With regular practice, these meditations help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others, and heal our mind through developing compassion.

Through gaining experience of the meditations on taking away suffering and giving love you will discover the liberating power of a kind heart to free us from the root of our own suffering.

‘When our mind has the nature of love we naturally feel happy and peaceful’
