Meditations for Relaxation – 17 Aug – Free!

Uyeasound Hall, Unst – 11am – 2pm

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing morning of meditation and learn three different forms of breathing meditation. Each meditation helps us to develop inner peace, a controlled mind and a more positive and relaxed approach to life. During the day you will gain a diverse and rich introduction to meditation as a positive way of life.

At the end of the course if you wish you can choose your favorite meditation and continue at home in daily practice using a special meditation resource. For those who are new it is the perfect introduction and for those with more experience you can enjoy a morning of breathing meditation retreat.

Recommended resource: Meditations for Relaxation.

The course will include guided meditations, practical advice and time to answer any questions you may have about meditation. No previous experience is necessary.

This course is free to attend and is fully funded by the national mental health and wellbeing fund giving people the opportunity to take care of their own mental health at a grass roots level.
