Stress Free Living – half day course

Sun 6 July | 10.30am – 1.30pm

In our busy, constantly changing world, stress and anxiety can feel like a normal part of daily life. But it is possible to experience a deep sense of calm and clarity, no matter what’s happening around us. This course offers practical tools to reduce stress through guided meditation, reflection, and gentle teachings that help us shift our perspective and respond to life with greater patience and peace. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, you’ll learn how to create space in your mind, let go of tension, and enjoy a more relaxed, balanced approach to life.

Everyone is welcome!
