How to Stay Positive – 7 Dec 11am – 12.15pm
The festive season brings many expectations of finding happiness and enjoyment through material things, giving and receiving presents and enjoying the company of loved ones. When everything falls into place, these things can make a quintessential christmas dream, but sadly the opposite can very often happen too.
Because of unrealistic expectations, Christmas can also be a time of disappointment, broken dreams or sadness for many people.
As a more peaceful alternative to developing these unhappy minds, we can instead learn to transform our mind from negative to positive through the practice of meditation.
In this talk & meditation class, we can discover how we can develop healthy, happy habits that protect us from negativity and make this special holiday time and indeed, our whole life, joyful and beneficial to ourself and others.
Everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary
