The Art of Acceptance Meditation Workshop
Whiteness and Weisdale Hall 10.30am – 1.30pm
Half-day Meditation Workshop.
Life doesn’t always go the way we want—but learning to accept things as they are can bring deep peace and resilience. This workshop offers practical teachings and guided meditations to help you respond to life’s challenges with clarity and strength, rather than frustration or resistance. In this half-day course, you’ll explore how true acceptance isn’t passive—it’s a powerful mindset that brings freedom and emotional balance.
“Patience is a mind that is able to accept, fully and happily whatever occurs. It is much more than just gritting our teeth and putting up with things. Being patient means to welcome wholeheartedly whatever arises having given up the idea that things should be other than what they are.” ~ Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to Solve Our Human Problems
Everyone is welcome!
This course will be based on extracts from How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
