In fact meditation is an extremely logical and proven method for working with your mind and with the right instructions, and gentle but consistent effort, everyone can benefit from meditation.  Discover how to master your own mind and find an inner clarity, joy and peace that you may not have believed possible!

The course will include guided meditations, practical advice and time to answer any questions you may have about meditation. No previous experience is necessary.
This course is subsidised and supported by the national mental health and wellbeing fund giving people the opportunity to take care of their own mental health at a grass roots level.
