Meditation made easy – 14 May

7-8.15pm at The Pickaquoy Centre

Learn the art of enjoying meditation!

During this special evening workshop in Kirkwall you will receive in person step by step guidance on how to develop a joyful practice of daily meditation that brings energy, clarity, focus and inspiration.

Meditation can sometimes seem difficult to master, regardless if you are a beginner or have been practising for many years. In fact meditation is an extremely logical and proven method for working with your mind and with the right instructions, and gentle but consistent effort, everyone can benefit from meditation.

Discover how to master your own mind and find an inner clarity, joy and peace that you may not have believed possible!

The course will include guided meditations, practical advice and time to answer any questions you may have about meditation. No previous experience is necessary.

This course is part of a national mental health and wellbeing project giving people the opportunity to take care of their own mental health at a grass roots level and is run by a charity dedicated to bringing meditation to people where they live.  This will be our first visit to Orkney!

Whether you are completely new to meditation, or have been practicing for many years, everyone can benefit from this course on the power and practical application of meditation.

Everyone is welcome!
